Training “Recruiting. Motivation” training for Euro Lifecare regional managers

On February 04-05, 2025, the training “Recruiting. Motivation”, which was attended by the external service – field force managers, regional managers, as well as the Vice President of the company, representatives of the HR department and the BUM.

The main goal of the training was to increase the efficiency of the recruitment and motivation process by providing regional managers with modern practical tools for

Identifying and assessing key competencies of candidates;
conducting structured interviews based on STAR methods, case interviews, projective questions;
implementing modern approaches to employee motivation.
Particular attention was paid to the practical part, during which participants worked with meta-programs, learned to determine the thinking style, motivation and work priorities of candidates.

The training was held in a dynamic atmosphere, providing participants with new knowledge and skills for further development of their professional activities.
