Training for managers “Conflictology. Conflict management. Organisational conflicts”

On June 24, 2025, as part of the second module of the management skills development programme for executives, Euro Life took place a training on “Conflictology. Conflict management. Organisational conflicts” under the guidance of business coach Dmitry Petrov.

The participants had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the nature of conflicts, learn how to effectively identify, analyse and turn them into a team development tool.

The training programme covered the key aspects of organisational and interpersonal conflicts, peculiarities of remote interaction under tension, as well as practical models of resolving situations.

Particular attention was paid to horizontal conflicts, one of the most common challenges in the modern team environment. Participants received effective tools for effective interaction and building a healthy team climate.

The event was held in a dynamic and practical format, providing participants with not only a theoretical basis but also the opportunity to practice new approaches on real cases.
