Euro Lifecare Cycle Training: Three Days of Development, Teamwork, and Inspiration

In early September, the Euro Lifecare field service team traditionally gathered at the Favor Park Hotel for a three-day cycle training. From September 3 to 5, field force managers, regional managers and medical representatives worked together to gain new knowledge, share experiences and strengthen team spirit. The atmosphere was special – a combination of training and team interaction.

The highlight of the opening was the welcome address from the company’s president, Mr. Sanjeev, and vice president, Mr. Sanjay. Their words set the tone for the entire event – we are moving forward together, and the strength of our team lies in our joint efforts.

On the first day, the pharmacovigilance department gave a presentation to the entire team, reminded them of the algorithm of actions in case of receiving information about adverse reactions, and answered participants’ questions. This helped to once again emphasize the importance of patient safety and everyone’s responsibility in working with drugs.

The training program was rich and diverse. BYM Leonid Grechyshko, product managers Serhiy Rozhman and Oleksandr Rezvin presented strategies for the company’s key drugs – from gynecology and gastroenterology to therapeutics. Each presentation not only introduced the products, but also opened up new approaches to their promotion and work with doctors.

The practical part was provided by business trainer Dmitry Petrov. His master classes and interactive exercises helped participants consolidate their knowledge in practice. Medical representatives worked in teams, practiced scenarios of visits to various specialists and competed for the best result during the master classes, demonstrating professionalism and creativity in communicating with doctors. This format created friendly competition, added energy and helped everyone to prove themselves.

The three days resulted in not only new information about strategies and products, but also important team insights. Participants had the opportunity to share experiences, inspire each other, and feel that together we can achieve more.
