Euro Lifecare cycle training: improving professional skills
From January 7 to 10, 2025, Euro Lifecare successfully conducted a cycle training aimed at improving the skills of external service employees. The event was attended by field force managers, regional managers, medical representatives, as well as product managers, business coaches and the company’s vice president.
Key aspects of the training:
- Deepening knowledge of the company’s products, including Vagibiotic, Vagitab, Polyfer, Calcitker Advance, Eurofeb, Calciker, Calciker Forte, Mukotek and Ionica.
- Improving sales and negotiation techniques, as well as customer relationship management skills (pharmacies, doctors).
- Resolving objections and dealing with customer requests to ensure a high level of service.
- Discussion of the drug promotion strategy for 2025, which ensures effective work in the market next year.
Particular attention was paid to the preparation of new product presentations. The company’s product managers presented the new drug Ursocer, which has already aroused considerable interest among specialists. In addition, Candidate of Medical Sciences Kopiyka A.K. made a thorough report on the drug Calciker, revealing its unique properties and prospects for use.
The training program also included practical exercises with the company’s business trainers, during which participants practiced visiting techniques. This format allowed the employees to consolidate their knowledge and prepare for real challenges in their professional activities.
