The art of management and time management: how the three-day workshop for regional managers of Euro went Lifecare
An intensive training for the team of regional managers of our company took place from February 24 to 26, 2026. The training program was designed to strengthen management competencies and optimize work processes in the regions.
The business trainer for the event was Dmytro Petrov , who helped the participants combine theory with active practice of practical skills.
From analysis to practical solutions
The training curriculum focused on three key areas that determine the quality of interaction and management effectiveness in the regions:
- Strategic review . The first day was entirely dedicated to analyzing the current activities of regional managers. The team reviewed work processes, synchronized goals, and identified priority growth points for each region.
- Mentoring skills: A significant part of the workshop was conducted in the format of role-playing games, where managers simulated real-life scenarios of trips “to the field”. This allowed them to hone their mentoring skills and provide quality feedback, which is critically important for the professional growth of the entire team.
- The art of time management: the final part of the training was held under the motto of the Irish proverb: “When God created time, he created enough of it.” Managers mastered systematic planning tools, such as GTD ( Getting Things Done ) methods. Things Done ) and “Time Drive”. Particular attention was paid to the ability to distinguish between strategic and operational tasks, which allows the team to quickly adapt to market changes.
This training is part of our continuous learning strategy. Our regional leaders received not just knowledge, but specific algorithms of action. Effective time allocation and high-quality double visits will allow the team to work faster, and most importantly, more productively, providing a high level of support for our partners in each region.
