Euro Lifecare Cycle Training: Focus on Strategy, Expertise, and Teamwork
From January 13 to 16, 2026, the Euro Lifecare team gathered at the Favor Park Hotel for the first cyclical training of the year . The event was attended by the company’s external service: medical representatives, regional managers, field force manager, as well as product managers, HR team and the company’s vice president. The training became an important platform for summing up the results of the past year, forming strategic guidelines for 2026 and strengthening team interaction.
The event was opened by the company’s Vice President, Mr. Sanjay, who outlined key development priorities and emphasized the role of each participant in achieving common goals. The strategic block was continued by BYM Leonid Grechyshko with a review of the results of 2025 and a vision of general directions of work for 2026.
Product managers made a significant contribution to the program. New team member Roman Babchenko presented comprehensive approaches to the development of key drugs Vagitab, Vagibiotic and Polifer, focusing on strengthening the expert component of communication and increasing the effectiveness of interaction with the target audience. Serhiy Rozhman presented reports on Ursoker, Eurofeb and Eurofenac, and marketing consultant Marina Gerasimenko shared her vision for the development of the Calciker line and the drug Mukotek. The invited expert, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Cardiologist, Therapist and Functional Diagnostician – Osovska Natalia, supplemented the program with thorough reports on Eurofeb and Eurofenac, adding valuable clinical context.
The practical part of the training took place in the format of role-playing games, cases, master classes and a team relay race, which was conducted by business trainers Dmitry Petrov and Vladimir Chesnokov. Medical representatives practiced the skills of visits, communication with doctors and working with objections, and also took part in the “Gynecological IQ” test, which allowed not only to test knowledge, but also to consolidate it in a dynamic format and receive additional motivation through elements of competition and team building.
The cyclical training became not just an educational event, but a space for sharing experiences, professional growth and strengthening team spirit. It confirmed that the company’s strategy is based on strong expertise, continuous development of people and joint movement forward, because it is the team that is the main driving force for Euro Lifecare’s success in 2026 and beyond.
